Hip 1306, a colt by current Leading Sire Into Mischief, sold for $400,000 during the final session of the Kentucky October Yearlings sale. The chestnut colt was purchased by West Bloodstock from the consignment of Taylor Made Sales Agency, agent for Alastar Thoroughbred Company LLC.

Into Mischief is the sire of 2019 Grade 1 winners Mia Mischief and Covfefe, as well as graded stakes winning colts Engage and Owendale. He is also the sire of dual Breeders' Cup Dirt Mile (G1) winner Goldencents, already a successful young sire, and of Grade 1 winning colts Audible and Practical Joke.

This colt is out of the Empire Maker mare Spanish Empiress, who has already produced two winners from as many to race. Dam is out of stakes winner Miralama, herself a full sister to Grade 2 winner and sire The Prime Minister. Third dam is stakes winner Stick to Beauty, dam of now less than 11 winners, including champion and multiple graded stakes winner Gold Beauty. That mare is dam of English Horse of the Year and multiple Grade/Group 1 winner Dayjur and multiple Grade 1 winner Maplejinksy. The latter is dam of champion and Filly Triple Crown winner Sky Beauty, and granddam of Grade 1 winning millionaires Take of Ekati and Pleasant Home.

Hip 1306 was bred in Kentucky by Alastar Thoroughbred Company, LLC.
