Hip 1018, a colt by Speightstown, sold for $300,000 during the third session of the Kentucky October Yearlings sale. The bay colt was purchased by F. Brothers, agent for Starlight from the consignment of Summerfield, agent for Stonestreet Bred & Raised.

Speightstown is already the sire of champions Essence Hit Man and Bold Script, as well as Grade/Group 1 winning males Reynaldothewizard, Tamarkuz, Golden Ticket, and Force the Pass. This colt is out of the stakes placed Kafwain mare Peggy Jane, whose two-year-old filly by Into Mischief topped this year's Midlantic Two-Year-Olds in Training Sale when sold for $1,800,000 to Michael Lund Petersen from the consignment of Bobby Dodd, agent. This is the immediate family of champion Dynamic Sky.

Hip 1018 was bred in Kentucky by Stonestreet Thoroughbred Holdings LLC.
