Taylor's Spirit Sells for $150,000

Taylor's Spirit (Hip 556), a multiple stakes winner by Algorithms, sold for $150,000 during the second session of the Kentucky Winter Mixed sale. The four-year-old racing/broodmare prospect was purchased by Charles Muth, James Keogh, agent from the consignment of Select Sales, agent.

Taylor's Spirit is a six-time winner with earnings of $285,550, and is a multiple stakes winner at two and three. At two, she won the Prairie Gold Lassie S., Happy Ticket S., and My Trusty Cat S., and she followed up that strong juvenile showing with wins in the Panthers S. and Goldfinch S. last year at three.  She is also multiple graded stakes placed by virtue of third place finishes in the Charles Town Oaks (G3) and Iowa Oaks (G3) in 2019.

One of four winners out of the winning Dehere mare Spirit Rising, Taylor's Spirit hails from the immediate family of European Horse of the Year Arazi, as well as Grade 1 winners Joyeux Danseur and Noverre.
