Hip 433, a colt by champion sire Into Mischief, sold for $570,000 during the second session of the Selected Yearlings Showcase. The bay colt was purchased by Donato Lanni, agent for SF/Starlight/Madaket from the consignment of Woodford Thoroughbreds, agent.

Last year's Leading Sire Into Mischief is well on his way to repeating in 2020, with Kentucky Derby (G1) winner Authentic and Test S. (G1) winner Gamine among his current runners. Also among his nine graded stakes winners in 2020 are males Bemma's Boy, Cool Arrow, Mischievous Alex, and Sombeyay.

This colt is out of the stakes winning Quiet American mare Twice the Lady, whose first two foals are both winners, including multiple winner Defender and recent maiden winner Run Casper Run, both colts by Ghostzapper. Twice the Lady is herself a half-sister to eight other winners, including Michelle's Crown, dam of stakes winner Snakebite Kit, and Emmitt for Six, dam of stakes winner To Dream Again.

Hip 433 was bred in Kentucky by WinStar Farm.
