Impressive Maiden Winner by Justify Supplemented to October Digital Selected Sale

A supplemental entry has been added to the October Digital Selected Sale, which opened for bidding on Thursday, October 6, at noon and will close Tuesday, October 11, at 2 pm EDT. Two-year-old filly JORDAN, a daughter of Triple Crown winner JUSTIFY, broke her maiden in impressive fashion on October 5 for owner/trainer J. R. Caldwell. Consigned as Hip 32 by Sean S. Perl Bloodstock, agent, JORDAN is offered as a racing prospect.

JORDAN broke her maiden impressively at Remington Park on October 5 against straight maidens, winning by 3 ¾ lengths going away while running an eye-catching 15+ Ragozin figure. The filly is a half-sister to graded stakes placed stakes winner WYATT’S TOWN, from the immediate family of Breeders’ Cup Juvenile Fillies (G1) winner HALFBRIDLED. Her sire JUSTIFY is a top-ranked first-crop sire this year, currently co-leader by graded stakes winners and blacktype stakes winners.

“This is a fantastic opportunity to own an exciting two-year-old winner with a bright future,” said Fasig-Tipton Director of Digital Sales Leif Aaron. “JORDAN is a daughter of hot first-crop sire JUSTIFY who broke her maiden by 3 ¾ lengths first time out on the turf and ran a 15+ Ragozin for the effort. In addition, as a Kentucky-bred, she is eligible for lucrative Kentucky purses.”
