Ingordo Bloodstock to $285,000 for Liam's Map Colt

Hip 1530, a colt by Liam's Map, sold for $285,000 during the final session of the Kentucky October Yearlings sale. The gray or roan colt was purchased by Ingordo Bloodstock from the consignment of Gainesway, agent for Waymore LLC.

Liam's Map is among the leading freshman sires of 2019, and is top of his class by Grade 1 winners: he has already sired runaway Hopeful S. (G1) winner Basin and impressive Frizette S. (G1) winner Wicked Whisper in his first crop.

This colt is out of the stakes winning War Chant mare War Tigress, whose three foals to race to date are all winners. Those include Grade 2 winner and multiple stakes winner War Heroine. Each of this colt's first four dams have produced at least one stakes horse, including multiple stakes winner and 13-time winner Pulverizing.

Hip 1530 was bred in Kentucky by Waymore LLC.
