Ghostzapper Filly to Miller, EQB for $245,000

Hip 1032, a filly by Ghostzapper, sold for $245,000 during the third session of the Kentucky October Yearlings sale. The chestnut filly was purchased by P. Miller, EQB, agent from the consignment of Denali Stud, agent for Stonestreet Bred & Raised.

Horse of the Year Ghostzapper is sire of five champions to date, including fillies Judy the Beauty and Holy Helena. He is also the sire of Guarana, a multiple Grade 1 winning filly this year, and of Grade 1 winner Paulassilverlining.

This filly is out of Pianist, a multiple graded stakes winning daughter of More Than Ready that earned more than $500,000 on the track. The immediate family includes Irish champion and Two Thousand Guineas (G1) winner Prince of Birds and of Group 1 winner Sudan (IRE).

Hip 1032 was bred in Kentucky by Stonestreet Thoroughbred Holdings LLC.
